Frankston Support Group

December session will be on Monday, 19 December 2022 at the Orwil Street Community House, 16 Orwil St, Frankston, 3199 from 7.00pm to 8.30pm.

The Frankston Bipolar Support Group holds its monthly meetings at the Orwil Street Community House, 16 Orwil St, Frankston, 3199. We meet on the fourth Monday of each month from 7.00pm to 8.30pm.

The purpose of our support group is to provide an opportunity for people living with bipolar disorder to connect with other diagnosed people with similar experiences. Group members gain strength and support from each other, and learn new ways of coping through sharing feelings, knowledge, information and ideas.

Speakers on topics like mental health services or health and well-being are also arranged at regular intervals.

There is no requirement to book, just come along and it’s free. You will be made most welcome.
