MHFA Bipolar support group

The Mental Health Foundation Australia (MHFA) runs its Bipolar Support Group at the MHFA headquarters at 10 Yarra St, South Yarra 3141.

We meet on the 2nd Wednesday of each month from 7.00pm until 8.30pm.

The purpose of our support group is to provide an opportunity for people living with bipolar disorder to connect with other diagnosed people with similar experiences. Group members gain strength and support from each other, and learn new ways of coping through sharing feelings, knowledge, information and ideas.

This meeting is delivered face-to-face and also via Zoom.

It is free, however registration is required. You will be made most welcome.
