As well as a face-to-face meetings, Bipolar Life also conducts online support group meetings twice per month via Zoom. The first meeting takes place on the the 1st Tuesday of each month from 7.30pm to 9.00pm.
The purpose of our support groups is to provide an opportunity for people living with bipolar disorder to connect with other diagnosed people with similar experiences. Group members gain strength and support from each other, and learn new ways of coping through sharing feelings, knowledge, information and ideas.
Anyone can join in these online groups.
- Missed your regular meeting?
- Need more support?
- Can't make it a group because of your location?
- Not ready for a face-to-face meeting?
Then perhaps an online group will be helpful.

It would be really helpful to let us know that you are coming to our support group meeting, especially if this is your first time. This helps us with arranging seating, catering and making you feel welcome.
If you’d like to speak to someone about what to expect then include your phone number and the group facilitator will give you a call back.
