- Respect opinions that are different to yours.
- Refrain from using abusive, offensive and inappropriate language.
- Threatening physical behaviour will not be tolerated.
- Exploitation of group members whether it be: sexually, physically, emotionally, financially or in any other way that is deemed inappropriate will not be condoned.

SMS Reminders
SMS REMINDERS
Never forget a support group again. Sign up to our SMS reminders and we'll send you a reminder the morning of the meeting. You can sign up for multiple meetings and if you ever want to unsubscribe, there will be a link in the message.
It's a good idea to sign up for these alerts even if you don't usually forget, that way if a meeting gets cancelled at the last minute or we go into a sudden lockdown, you will be informed.

Northcote support group
Northcote support group
The Northcote Bipolar Support Group holds its monthly meetings at the Northcote Library, 32/38 Separation St, Northcote VIC 3070. We meet on the 3rd Monday of each month from 7.30pm to 9.00pm.
The purpose of our support group is to provide an opportunity for people living with bipolar disorder to connect with other diagnosed people with similar experiences. Group members gain strength and support from each other, and learn new ways of coping through sharing feelings, knowledge, information and ideas.
Speakers on topics like mental health services or health and well-being are also arranged at regular intervals.
There is no requirement to book, just come along and it’s free. You’ll be made most welcome.
This is a face to face meeting only. However, in the event of a COVID-19 lockdown our meeting will switch to Zoom.

If you’d like to speak to someone about what to expect then include your phone number and the group facilitator will give you a call back.
